When will my order ship?
Orders with Standard Shipping can take up to 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 11:00 a.m. EST will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
Yes! We offer Expedited Shipping options to ensure you receive your order when you need it. All expedited orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed the same day pending credit card verification. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit.
Expedited Shipping is only valid for orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Please note that expedited shipping is not currently offered for international shipping.Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days, and Standard Shipping orders arrive in 1-5 business days after your order is shipped. We will email tracking information once your order has been shipped. For orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States, please allow approximately 8-21 business days for delivery.
Expedited orders will arrive within the number of business days designated by your shipping selection. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Orders placed before 11 a.m. EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. EST will be processed and shipped the following day.
For example, a 3-Day Shipping order placed on Monday after 11 a.m. EST will be processed and shipped out on Tuesday. Wednesday will be the first day of shipping, and it will arrive on the third day, Friday. If you have any questions, please refer to our shipping map below, or call us at 470.839.LILA (5452).
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will email you tracking information. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out.
What are the shipping charges for using the Standard Shipping Return Label option?
We would be happy to provide a Return Shipping Label to you within 14 days of receiving your order for a flat rate of $6.95 if located within the contiguous United States, which will be deducted from your online credit. We do not provide a return label for International orders or orders outside the contiguous us at this time. The item will need to be mailed on or prior to the 14th day of receiving your package. You may also ship back the return with an insured and traceable shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records.
To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package. We recommend printing out the return form for each order online and including each form inside the return package.
All items must be received by the 21st day of the original order date in order to receive an online store credit. Please refer to our return policy to establish return eligibility.
How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please call us as soon as possible at 470.839.LILA (5452) so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped USPS charges an intercept fee plus transportation fees to change an address. This charge can be billed to your original method of payment, or a new method of payment can be provided to cover these costs.

- Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached. Items must be returned within 21 days of the original delivery date for Online Store Credit.
- No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued and no exceptions will be made.
- Items bought online can be returned to Lila Inman Park, but cannot be processed in-store. They will be transferred to our online returns facility and then processed by our website department.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed with the hygienic liner intact (where applicable). Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
- We cannot process exchanges at this time, only returns.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return. The shoes will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Flash Sale Items of 40% off or more are final sale
- All Jewelry, Sunglasses, NuBra's, one size seamless undergarments, bralettes, and hair accessories are final sale.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded
- All Shipping Fees are non returnable
If your shipment is missing an item, you have received the wrong item, or a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
